If you are within the first 30 days of your first full bottle purchase we will honor a 50% refund of the product.
For all subsequent purchases, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product as long as it is in its original condition and unopened. All we ask is that the product is not used and is in the same condition you received it as well as in the original box and/or packaging.
You are eligible for an exchange if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect within 30 calendar days of receiving your purchase.

Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (orders with cash on delivery payment method will be refunded via bank transfer), within 5 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
