Orders will go through two phases before being delivered:
1. Order processing time: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This involves the securing of stocks, in some cases and packaging.
Order processing time: Items will ship within 48 hours, from the time that the order is submitted, unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET, excluding holidays). All orders made on national holidays will be shipped the following business day.
2. Shipping time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods. We ship worldwide but some countries have import regulations that delay the transportation of hemp-based products. We ship our products from our fulfillment center in Bulgaria, using standard postal service, local cash on delivery courier (to your doorsteps) or express delivery via DHL.
We are updating our list of countries we ship on a regular basis taking into account the regulation in these countries. Please re-visit this page periodically to see what other countries were added. It is your responsibility as a customer to know your local laws and regulations before ordering. There are currently many countries that allow CBD-based products to be marketed and sold. Please contact your local authority before placing an order. By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp plant extract.

All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through “My Order” section in your account or “Order tracking”
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment

Import tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. Since we ship from EU country all EU orders are not a subject of import taxation. For orders which ware made outside of the EU countries , we are trying our best for you not to be charged, however, in some cases, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens randomly. Kana Wonders has no control over these charges and we won’t be able to give you an estimate on what the cost maybe, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country/state to state.
As per our policy, customers need to afford these charges, so please contact the local customs office to get your parcel first. If you do not, there is a high possibility that your parcel will be destroyed but not returned.
